Setting a Follow-up Appointment

Once you have completed your food log on RxFood you may then book a session with your practitioner whenever it works with your schedule by accessing their calendar in this manner:
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to care services > work, health life services > Dashboard > My care team.
- Click "Book a Session" to schedule directly, or use "Message My Care Provider" to inquire about availability if none is listed.
If you have any difficulty in scheduling a session with your practitioner, please feel free to contact the support team at: 1-888-525-7587
