How to Change Your Habit

Habits help turn your health goals into simple, actionable steps. You can focus on one habit at a time and change it whenever you want.

To change your habit:

  1. On the Home screen, find the Focus card showing your health focus and current habit.
  2. Click the swap icon on the habit.
  3. A list of available habits will appear.
  4. Select one habit to prioritize.
  5. Confirm your selection.



Once selected, RxFood will provide insights, recommendations, ideas, and recipes to help you build that habit over time. You can swap your habit at any time to focus on something new.
