How to Change Your Pinned Nutrients

Pinned nutrients help you quickly track what matters most to your health. You can pin up to four nutrients to your Home and Health screens.

To change your pinned nutrients:

  1. From the Home screen, click the pencil icon.
  2. A drawer will open showing a list of available nutrients.
  3. Select up to four nutrients to pin.
  4. You can still view data for other nutrients, but only pinned nutrients will appear on your Home screen.

After selecting your nutrients, you’ll be prompted to set a target range for each one.

Click Save to confirm your changes.

Your pinned nutrients and targets will now appear across your app experience.
