Understanding the Nutrient Card on the Health Screen

The Nutrient Card gives you a deeper view of how your nutrition is trending over time.

What you’ll see:

  • Nutrient data across 7, 30, 60, or 90 days
  • Your target range for each nutrient
  • A visual graph showing progress over time

How to customize the Nutrient Card:

  1. Change nutrients shown: Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) to select which nutrients appear on the graph.
  2. Filter logged days only: Toggle the option to show only days where meals were logged.
  3. Edit nutrient targets: Click the pencil icon beside a target to adjust your range.
  4. View deeper insights: Click View details to explore more detailed information for each prioritized nutrient.

This screen helps you spot patterns, track consistency, and adjust targets as your needs change.
