Understanding the Biometrics Card

Understanding the Biometrics Card

The Biometrics Card on the Health screen brings together key data that influences your nutrition and overall health, including glucose, exercise, and sleep.

What you’ll see on the Biometrics Card

The card displays three main areas:

  • CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring)
  • Exercise
  • Sleep

Each section helps provide context around how your body responds to food and daily habits.

CGM (Glucose Data)

If you’ve connected your RxFood account to a Dexcom CGM, you’ll see:

  • Real-time glucose readings
  • Glucose trends pulled directly from your CGM

Viewing CGM details

  1. Tap CGM on the Biometrics Card.
  2. Click See more details.

Here, you’ll find:

  • Expanded glucose data and trends
  • Additional insights pulled from your CGM
  • Meals that were in range, highlighting foods and patterns that help support stable glucose levels

This view helps you better understand how meals impact your glucose and which choices support staying within range.

Exercise

Your exercise data helps RxFood better interpret your nutrition patterns. You can:

  • Log exercise directly in the RxFood app
  • Automatically sync activity from:
    • Wearable devices
    • iPhone or Android devices

Your logged and synced activity will appear on the Biometrics Card.

Sleep

Sleep plays an important role in metabolism and overall health. You can:

  • Automatically sync sleep data from:
    • Wearable devices
    • iPhone or Android devices
  • Log sleep manually if you prefer

Sleep data is displayed alongside your other biometrics to provide a more complete picture of your health.

By combining glucose, exercise, and sleep in one place, the Biometrics Card helps you see how daily habits work together and influence your nutrition outcomes.
