Editing the Nutrients of a Food

Sometimes, the version of a food you ate may differ slightly from the one listed in our database. In these cases, you can manually adjust specific nutrients for greater accuracy.

To do this:

  1. Go to your Meal Timeline.

  2. Scroll to the meal you’d like to edit and tap it.

  3. On the right side of the nutrient display, tap the pencil icon to make changes.



  1. The Edit Macros screen will appear and you can modify the nutrients.
Idea
The nutrients are specified in grams and the calories as calories. Refer to the table below for help converting ounces to grams.


Note: this feature must be enabled in your clinic
