Tips For Editing Your Meal

Changing the time of the meal when logging

When you log your meal, you will find two sections where you could change the date and time of the day for this meal.

Changing the time of the meal after logged

Step 1: You can review your meal history by selecting the ‘Meals’ tab at the bottom of the app. If you need to navigate to a different date directly, at the top-right of the Meals screen, there is a small calendar icon that you can tap to jump directly to a specific date.

Step 2: Tap the picture of your meal. This will direct you the detail for this meal. Change the date, time, and other details as needed.

Modifying a meal

To swap any foods in your logs that may need to be corrected, you can tap the photo directly and the full meal with a list of the foods in that meal, will appear. You can adjust the date, time, or any parts of the meal here. Edit any part by tapping the pencil icon.

Adding an item

To add an item, tap the picture and click the ‘add item’ button.

Deleting a meal

There are two options for deleting a food in the RxFood app. First, select the meal inside the RxFood app. After, do one of the following two actions to remove an item:

  1. Delete the entire mealThe entire meal can be deleted by using the small garbage can in the top right. If the food was logged in error, be sure to log the correct version (text is OK if you don’t have a photo!)
  2. Delete individual food in the mealTapping the small ‘x’ at the bottom beside the individual foods will remove that food only.
