Using the Meals Page

Using the Meals Page

The Meals page is your complete log of everything you’ve recorded in RxFood. It helps you review what you’ve logged, track daily nutrition, and dive deeper into individual meals.

  • At the top of the Meals page, you can move between dates to review past entries.
  • Dates with a dot indicate days when at least one meal was logged.
  • Tap the date selector to open the calendar.
  • In the calendar view, dots below dates show which days include meal logs.
  • Select any date to view meals from that day.

Daily nutrient summary

At the top of the screen, you’ll see your daily nutrient summary:

  • Displays up to four pinned nutrients.
  • Shows your target range and actual intake for the selected day.
  • Pinned nutrients are the ones you chose earlier on the Home or Health screen.

This gives you a quick snapshot of how the day is tracking against your goals.

Water logging

Below the nutrient summary, you can log your water intake for the day. This helps you keep hydration top of mind alongside nutrition.

Timeline view

Next, you’ll see a running timeline of everything logged on that date, including:

  • Meals
  • Medications
  • Exercise

This view helps you see how meals and activities fit together throughout the day.

Meal logs and detailed meal view

Below the timeline, you’ll see your meal logs for the day. Each meal card shows:

  • The meal item
  • Ingredients associated with that meal

Meal actions

From the meal you can:

  • Copy a meal to log it again on another day
  • Favorite a meal for quick access later
  • Edit a meal
  • Delete a meal

These options make it easier to reuse meals and keep your log accurate over time.
