Understanding the Diet Quality Card

Understanding the Diet Quality Card

The Diet Quality Card on the Health screen helps you understand how well your meals align with long-term health patterns.

What the Diet Quality Score means

Your Diet Quality Score is based on the Mediterranean-style eating pattern, which emphasizes foods linked to better heart and metabolic health, such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains, healthy fats, and lean proteins.

  • The score is shown out of 10.
  • A higher score indicates that your recent meals are more supportive of long-term health.
  • Your score reflects the average of meals logged over the last 7 days.

To see how your diet quality changes:

  1. Tap Trends on the Diet Quality Card.
  2. Choose a time range:
    • 7 days
    • 30 days
    • 60 days
    • 90 days

This view helps you spot patterns and track progress over time, not just day to day.
